EcoDome has been a supplier of various products and services to Navajo Agro Minerals since 2021. We are a commercial poultry layer farm housing 120,000 layers and 40,000 pullets. We are considered one of the largest layer farms in Zambia.

The Ecodome team has been crucial in helping us control our water purification and vaccine delivery mechanisms. They introduced technologically advanced dosing pumps into our water and vaccine management systems that eliminated human errors and has been giving us consistent service.

Additionally, I can only rave about their timely service even after the fact that our farm is located outside the Lusaka Urban Area. We have never had the situation of delayed supply of product or services. I believe we will be doing business with them for many years to come.

Moringa Initiative is one of the very few certified Moringa Olifera growers in the world that has also got food safety system certification 22000 status (FSSC 22000). We distribute our Moringa to some of the largest distributors in the world. From local markets to South African markets all the way to Germany.

Ecodome were extremely efficient in installing the dosing unit and getting water treated promptly. Nathan came with everything he needed for the installation. He was very professional in installing, and trained myself as well as my junior management on how to run the system. Since the treatment began, Ecodome has helped reduce many of our bacterial issues we were seeing in the dried product. We wash our Maringa and treated water and have seen drastic changes in dried leaf analysis. I highly recommend this product to any facility struggling with bacterial issues.

As a customer of Ecodome we are more than happy with both the product and the service received from Ecodome team. We are currently treating all water on the farm and hatchery with chlorine dioxide and have seen massive improvements in water quality. They are readily available when needed and time efficient when contacted regarding issues.

We approached Ecodome on a Friday by Monday they had installed the dosing machine and started treating the contaminated water. Their professionalism is something we lack in Zambia.

The ClO2 got rid of E. coli in the piggery which was a huge challenge for the pig health and growth. Despite vaccination against E. coli, the mortality was uncontrollable because of the levels. Considering we have the largest piggery in Zambia it was a massive relief to get this resolved. The water treatment saw the bacterial count and coliform count drop by 200%.

Since the treatment began the mortalities have dropped by 6%. The growth in pigs has increased and the feed conversion rate has normalised. Antibiotics use has decreased by nearly 50%.

I personally recommend Ecodome and this product. I do not see this as a cost to the company but rather a protocol to make the company more profitable.
